I've been creating this method since 2008 when I started teaching Pilates. It has worked for thousands of my clients like you. Now you too can experience the IMM in your own home.

It's a whole body approach - we take into account mind and body to give you a system that works not just while you are on your Pilates mat, but every day!

Jeannie is a Pilates & Personal Wellness Coach, Author of Pilates Without Tears and founder of the successful boutique Pilates studio Create+ in Wimbledon, London. She has been teaching Pilates since 2008 and has studied a wide range of disciplines to formulate her own method of movement - the Integral Movement Method. Her passion is supporting and partnering with her clients in their journey to move well and feel fantastic.
